Ski Trip
Great news! Our annual ski trip is a go and is planned for the weekend of February 26-28.  We will be skiing at Sugarbush Resort in Warren, Vermont.  The Leheny family has graciously agreed to accommodate some boys and adults that are interested in attending at their condo at the mountain, but we must have everyone interested sign up, first come, first served as soon as possible.  After their house limit is reached, there is still an option for more people to attend and we can book an efficiency at a local inn, but we would need to know (and have a $50 deposit) prior to the end of December.  There will be no accommodation charge if we can all fit at the Leheny's condo.
Please contact Mrs. Silber asap by email or call her with questions.

Mrs. Silber will host an informational/planning meeting at the scout meeting this Tuesday at the end of the court of honor party (around 8:15).  To secure your spot, I am requesting a $50 deposit per person.
We are looking forward to a fantastic trip...

Welcome!
Welcome to BSA Troop 137's web site. Please feel free to look around!

Troop 137 serves the youth of New Fairfield, CT. Our Troop meetings are held every Tuesday night at the New Fairfield Congregational Church on Gillotti Road. Please see our calendar for specific times.

We are a very active troop, with campouts sheduled each month. In addition, we also participate in Scouting activities, such as the Klondike and Scout Camporees. We have attended summer camp for over 20 years at Yawgoog Scout Reservation. We also have an annual High Adventure trip for our older Scouts each summer.

Please feel free to learn more about us by exploring our (developing) web site.

Join Scouting!

Boy Scouting is available to boys who have earned the Arrow of Light Award or have completed the fifth grade, or who are 11 through 17 years old. A boy does NOT have to have been a Cub Scout or Webelo to become a Boy Scout.
